Pricing
All prices used are Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT until the checkout.
Packaging and delivery charges to a single delivery address will be shown on the order basket.
Overseas Customers
Overseas visitors are welcome to use our website, however, prices will include VAT which is a UK sales tax currently calculated at 20%. This may not be payable under certain circumstances, however, additional costs for delivery may be applied. You can contact us for assistance in this matter or telephone us to place orders offline.
Order Acceptance
An order placed will be treated as an offer to buy and once accepted we will send you a email confirmation quoting a unique reference number, at this point we are making a legal contract with you. There are occasions, if necessary, that we may refuse your order in which case we will advise you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Products & Availability
Products shown and described on our website are normally in stock. Should an issue arise regarding stock availability e.g. for large orders we will contact the customer to discuss availability and expected delivery dates.
Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate for guidance only.
Delivery
Delivery is normally a single drop to address.
All deliveries must be signed for and it is advisable that you keep your delivery receipt.
We offer royal mail 1st class recored which can take 2-3days, second class recored 3-5days or next day special delivery if ordered before 3pm monday to thursday for next working day. if you want a saturday delivery this can be arranged if you call the show room
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods are securely packed and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton you must inform us within 48 hours. In either case Buy Feathers will arrange replacement goods as soon as possible.
Faulty Goods
We undertake that the goods will, in all material respects, comply with any general description which may be submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case, we should be notified of the fault within 3 days of their receipt.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from www.buyfeathers.co.uk No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by us. A 20% restocking fee is deducted to any return from any refund due. If we colour dye any feather goods then these are totally none returnable.
Custom Dye
If you order any feather items to be custom dyed, or request us to fullfil a custom order 50% deposit will be taken to arrange this, The full balance will be charged via the method provided before we dispatch any ready goods, by paying the deposit you agree to these terms.
Cancellation
We will accept cancellations where goods have not already been despatched, where no additional costs have been incurred (such as manufacturing or additional orders placed as a result upon our suppliers) and may depending upon circumstances apply an administrative charge depending upon circumstances.
The conditions published above do not effect your Statutory Rights.
